Relife pencils are made from recycled paper and embedded with seeds for planting. Please note that seeds are subject to natural variability, and we cannot guarantee 100% growth success. The results of planting the seed-tipped pencils depend on environmental factors, soil conditions, and care provided by the user.

3.1 Orders

By placing an order with Relife, you agree to pay the listed price for the product(s) at the time of purchase. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit/debit cards and other authorized payment gateways. All transactions are securely processed.

4.1 Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the selected delivery method. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, and Relife is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services.

4.2 International Shipping

International shipping may incur additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5.1 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5.3 Non-refundable Items

Customized or personalized products, such as custom seed requests, are non-refundable.
